A journey into the dimension of overthinking, our “inner forest,” where our inner world intertwines with what we absorb from those around us. The only track on the album featuring spoken word, this song was recorded in a state of total emotional surrender. Originally composed as an instrumental 15 years ago, it was the last to find its words, making it both the oldest and the most recent piece on the album.

BIO
Dario Baldo is a musician born and raised in San Donà di Piave, in the province of Venice, Italy. After beginning classical violin studies, he graduated in Audio Engineering at the SAE Institute in Milan, where he deepened his interest in music technology and its impact on creativity.
Over the years, Dario has developed a unique artistic path, composing music for short films, video games, and art installations. However, he found his true voice in improvisation, favoring the spontaneity of live performance and direct takes, turning each performance into a one-of-a-kind experience.
His influences range from psychedelic rock to artists like Jeff Buckley, Björk, and Hiatus Kaiyote, with a strong connection to personal experiences he describes as “an imitation of how I perceive the people around me.” For Dario, music is a visceral language that goes beyond words, capable of exploring the deepest and most intimate emotions.
His debut album, La Foresta Dentro, is a journey through honest emotions and evocative soundscapes, conceived to offer the listener a moment of reflection and spiritual connection. Defining the project as a “heartfelt soundtrack for people I love,” Dario seeks to make every note an echo of the people and experiences that have shaped his life.
